ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director to manage and grow business with existing CPG client accounts. The role focuses on strategic leadership, relationship management, and development of ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer needs. It involves overseeing client teams, driving revenue targets, and leveraging AI to improve decision-making and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strategic Account Management skills, including executive-level relationship management and stakeholder understanding.
  • 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies.
  • 2+ years as a Client Director with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
  • 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
