Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strategic Account Management skills, including executive-level relationship management and stakeholder understanding.
- 7+ years of experience in client management and aligning account strategies.
- 2+ years as a Client Director with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
