Client Director - Sozialversicherungssektor (Deutsche Rentenversicherung, Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung)

ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director with expertise in the German social security sector to develop existing customer relationships and acquire new business opportunities, particularly with the German Pension Insurance (GISA), Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), and German Statutory Unfall Insurance (DGUV). This role involves strategic business development, revenue generation, and modernization of key institutions within Germany.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the German social security system and regulatory, political and technical framework.
• Proven experience in building a network within DRV, BA and DGUV, as well as other relevant actors in the social security market.
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales to the public sector.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Client Director or in a comparable senior account position with responsibility for business development and customer retention.
• Experience in integrating AI technologies into business and management processes.
• Fluent German and flawless English.
