PSI, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support their business processes and operations. The role involves maintaining, upgrading, and implementing IT infrastructure systems, including Azure/MS 365/Microsoft Exchange/MS Teams and its integrations. Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Full working proficiency in English
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level (certification is a plus)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange
- Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, Cloud solution experience, Basic administration of Linux servers, Experience in designing, implementing and managing complex IT infrastructure projects, Knowledge of virtualization concepts and VMware Certified Professional level (certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of Veeam Backup experience
- Experience in managing HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter
