Cloud Engineering Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our global cloud operations team. This role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing CIGNA’s Azure environments across multiple regions, ensuring secure, compliant, and highly available cloud services for our international business units.

Requirements

• Proven operational experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure Active Directory, Functions, Virtual Networks, Resource Manager, and Monitor.
• Proven enterprise-level skills, including governance processes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Terraform and ARM templates for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and identity/access management.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience of working with ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence
