Deloitte is seeking professionals with 3+ years of experience in cloud platform operation and monitoring for AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. The role involves providing advanced technical assistance, diagnosing complex issues, designing and optimizing telemetrity pipelines, and participating in technical reviews. AIOps/NoOps activities are encouraged, including anomaly detection and automated remediation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with ITSM, AIOps, and other tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Systems Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience).
- Cloud operation (preferred AWS and/or Azure, valuable GCP).
- Advanced observability and traditional monitoring in Dynatrace (OneAgent/ActiveGate) and some of the following platforms.
- Native Cloud: Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, Amazon CloudWatch/CloudTrail, GCP Cloud Monitoring/Logging.
- OpenTelemetry, forwarders of logs/metrics.
- Automation: Python and Bash (indispensable), valuable Ansible (inventory, roles, tasks), Terraform.
- CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
- ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira): data models (CI, services, urgency/impact) and SLAs.
- English (technical and communication with client).
- Valuable / Desirable certifications in Monitoring and Observability: Dynatrace associate/Datadog, Cloud vendor certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and other relevant certifications
- Knowledge in Kubernetes (DaemonSet/Helm).
- Third-party integrations and Splunk (HEC, sourcetypes, queries).
- Experience in AIOps: anomaly models, correlations, noise reduction
- NoOps in monitoring: deployment as code, auto-discovery, automated remediation
- Security and compliance knowledge: secrets control (Vault/KMS), mTLS/OAuth2 integrations
