ILUNION IT Services is seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician to resolve incidents on systems like Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and user applications. The role involves resolving user inquiries, logging requests, diagnosing and fixing technical issues, providing documentation, and using support tools like Jira and Remedy. Direct customer interaction and excellent communication skills are required.

Requirements

  • Higher Vocational Education in Information Technology for Information Systems (ITAS)
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a Help Desk technician
  • Experience with incident management tools like Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow
  • Experience with remote control tools like VNC, Teamviewer, Radmin
  • Support for client operating systems including Windows 10 and 11
  • Basic technical knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • Knowledge of network printers
  • Knowledge of smartphone device configuration
  • Teamwork and self-organization
  • English: At least Level A2, recommended Level B1

Requirements Summary
