Cloud Operations Specialist

Peraton is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and security-related issues. The position is remote and requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Government Security Clearance.

Requirements

• High School and 5 years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Government Security Clearance
• Help desk or service desk experience, or equivalent experience in troubleshooting and supporting IT systems in a professional environment
• Hands-on experience with software tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, AirWatch/WorkspaceOne, VDI, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and desire to grow technical expertise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, achieve productivity goals, and manage one’s time
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and support partners
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think outside the box
