CMDB Manager

Digital Realty is seeking an experienced and highly technical CMDB Manager to lead and mature the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy. The role focuses on supporting the delivery of accurate infrastructure insights, operational resilience, and compliance, and involves collaboration with IT, Facilities, and DevOps teams. The ideal candidate will manage the ServiceNow CMDB and drive data quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the enterprise CMDB strategy using ServiceNow.
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring proper classification, relationships, and lifecycle states of CIs.
• Oversee the ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools to automate the population of CIs.
• Develop and maintain CMDB health dashboards, metrics, and reports.
