We are seeking a CoE Specialist for SAP Access Management to join our team and support user access within SAP ECC. This role involves managing user access and authorizations in Lonza's SAP ECC system, resolving questions from business users, and driving continuous improvement to Lonza's authorization concept.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of SAP user administration, authorizations, or security concepts.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage tickets and deliver high standards of customer care.
  • Ability to work strictly within compliance guidelines and successfully implement access management processes.
