Compliance Innovation & Projects Specialist to provide direct support to leadership in consolidating and growing the PMO & Innovation function, with a focus on project management, innovation, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher university degree (Business Administration, Economics or similar)
- Demonstrated experience in project management roles, a Project Management Office (PMO), or strategic consultancy
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/Prince2, Agile)
- Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and dashboards
- Hands-on experience with PMO and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ServiceNow, MS Project)
- Advanced IT user, preferably with AI/Copilot experience and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong analytical skills
- High degree of autonomy and proactivity
- Strategic and innovative mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to build credibility with diverse stakeholders
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
