Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in ServiceNow presales
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Solid knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and customer service management (CSM)
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Competence in designing technical solutions, project scope, and estimation
- Experience in creating convincing RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
