Component Lead - NOC Green Team (m/f/x)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Component Lead to join our NOC Green Team. As the Component Lead, you will lead a team of 5 members offering Level 2 support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and making a real impact on our network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
• Excellent Network-Skills (certified)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM-Tools
