Compute Hosting Support

BNY is seeking a Compute Hosting Support specialist to join their Production Services Technology Services team. The role involves providing support for server-related incidents, responding to alerts, and maintaining infrastructure. This is a hybrid position located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
• 4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience
• Linux or Windows Administration certification preferred
• Experience with Windows, Unix, VMware, or similar platforms
• Experience with service management software, such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Salesforce
• Functional understanding of the ITIL model
