The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking two Computer Associate (Operations), Level II candidates to handle ServiceNow incidents, respond to physical service desk calls, facilitate ticket transfers, set up/troubleshoot hardware/software, and document procedures. This role involves providing support to users and collaborating with other ITB units to resolve incidents affecting city residents.
Requirements
- Handle and respond to ServiceNow incident reports
- Respond to physical Service Desk phone calls
- Facilitate ticket transfer or escalation
- Set up, configure, and test computer hardware/software
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage and coordinate with Dell (warranty/exchange platform)
- Provide support to users via Windows Active Directory and Remote Desktop tools
