HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join their team. The role involves partnering with the IT Asset Management team, evaluating automation solutions, and strengthening internal controls.
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application to configuration management processes
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, technologies, and dependencies
- 3 to 5 years working experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years working in configuration management and maintaining a CMDB
- Working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- An active TS/SCI level clearance is needed at time of hire
