T-Systems is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to implement automated workflows, enforce the Common Service Data Model, and maintain the Configuration Management Data Model (CMDB) within ServiceNow. The role involves data quality, process documentation, auditing, and knowledge sharing with ServiceNow, HP AM CDS, and ITSM2.
Requirements
- Implement automated workflows for Creation and maintenance of Configuration Items.
- Apply and enforce the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for service and technical CIs.
- Record and maintain CIs in standard CMDBs (ServiceNow, HP AM CDS, ITSM2).
- Support CI data maintenance and reconciliation procedures.
- Develop and update process documentation and Work Instructions (WI).
Requirements Summary
5+ years SCM experience, proven track record in ServiceNow CMDB automation, and familiarity with audit/compliance processes are desired. Data quality & process documentation are also key
