Crown Resorts is looking for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Administrator to join their technology team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will act as the CMDB custodian, administering, managing, and implementing all aspects of the CMDB health maintenance process.
Requirements
- Previous CMDB or IT Asset Management experience in a large scale organisation utilising Service Now
- Strong data management, data analysis, and data visualisation skills
- Sound knowledge of IT Configuration Management and Asset Management processes
- Strong understanding of CMDB concepts, processes that consume CMDB data and how it relates to the business
- Demonstrated experience, as well as deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM specifically CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, and their configurations
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
