The IT at REWE Group Austria is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Configuration & Service Catalog Manager in ServiceNow. The role involves onboarding process teams, defining service offerings, data management, process training, and ensuring data quality within the IT service management (ITSM) framework. The position focuses on process management, technical administration, and contributing to ITIL processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar job
- Completed technical degree (preferred)
- Good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL
- Experience defining service offerings and in CMDB and process administration
- Practical experience as Process Manager within ITIL processes
- Self-sufficiency and communication skills

Requirements Summary
