Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable field of activity
  • Completed technical degree advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL
  • Experience in defining Service Offerings as well as in CMDB- and process administration
  • Practical experience as a process manager in other ITIL processes advantageous
  • Autonomous, result-oriented way of working
  • Targeted communication on technical- and team leader level
  • Flexibility and team ability
