Levio is seeking a ServiceNow Architecture Consultant to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, integrate them with other systems, and guide teams. The role involves designing and implementing ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and SecOPS systems. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to quality standards, and effective presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- University-level education in computer science or engineering
- More than 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Required ServiceNow certifications and micro-certifications (depending on modules)
- Strong presentation skills
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Proficiency in English and French
