COLAS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS MAROC is recruiting a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work on the Employee Central Module within its internal IT subsidiary, Colas Digital Solutions Maroc. The role involves configuration, data management, change management, and support for data migration and multi-country deployments. The company focuses on digital transformation in the IT sector and is expanding its international presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including 1 or more implementations of a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Employee Central).
- Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules (PMGM, Recrutement, etc.).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
- Mastery of French and English (oral and written).
- Good interpersonal skills, a sense of service, a critical thinking/analysis skills.
- Autonomous and able to demonstrate a high level of availability.
- Rigorous, curious and proactive
