Colas Digital Solutions Maroc is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consulant for the Employee Core HR department. The role involves configuring and managing Employee Central, translating business needs into functional requirements, and ensuring data security and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. The position contributes to digitalization of HR processes and supports data migration.

Requirements

• +5 years of IT related experience
• 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) certification
• Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules (PMGM, Recruiting, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
• Proficiency in French and English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Autonomous work ethic
• Rigor, curiosity, and proactive approach
