This role involves developing and integrating ServiceNow platform modules. The consultant will support developers in ServiceNow implementations, creating technical designs, and conducting unit testing. Knowledge of Web Technologies, API integration, and ITSM processes is key. Strong communication and analytical skills are needed.
Requirements
- Development of ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps)
- ITIL Certifications (Preferred)
Requirements Summary
