As a Consultant - Solutions Delivery - Technology Office, you will drive significant enhancements and innovations to our ServiceNow platform, collaborating with a team committed to innovation and leveraging the platform to its full potential.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution.
- Experience with ServiceNow Configurations for at least 1-2 large/complex application development projects end to end.
- Experience with at least 1 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM (IT Asset Management), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Virtual Agent, NowAssisst.
