Consultant, Digitization & Automation

Scotiabank is seeking a Consultant, Digitization & Automation to support HR technology solutions and resolve HR product issues. This role involves Tier 2 technical support, user access management, and process improvements. The position contributes to the overall success of the organization and ensures compliance with relevant regulations. The role also requires collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology-related roles, preferably with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, PEGA, or ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, programs, and organizational complexity.
• Proven experience managing role-based permissions and HRIS security protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
