Reply is hiring Consultant 3 Cloud Support Engineers to join their cloud and infrastructure team. The role involves supporting app development and infrastructure teams in Azure and AWS environments, focusing on highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant services. Candidates should have hands-on experience with cloud operations, database management, troubleshooting, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Azure and AWS cloud support within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps ticketing and workflows.
- Strong hands-on expertise in MSSQL, Windows Servers, IIS, and ASP.NET deployments.
- Knowledge of identity/access management with AD, Entra ID, and RBAC in cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ability to thrive in Agile/SCRUM setups.
