As a Consultant, Production Application Support, you will provide investigation and second-level support on client issues, technical issues, and system outages, and maintain production applications and day-to-day operational activities.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Application Support
- Strong knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and DevOps
- Proficiency in OpenShift container orchestration and familiarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience with job scheduling tools like Autosys
- Knowledge of data integration platforms such as Feedhub (Axway)
- Proven expertise in incident management and resolution
