As a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service, understanding and communicating knowledge, and performing tasks such as SQL queries, script development, and BPM process design. You will also be expected to analyze project specifications and requirements, and have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server
- Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog
- Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of foreign trade
- Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX
- Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology
- Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems
