Requirements
- 2 year of IT Helpdesk, Service Now or Service Desk experience
- Time management skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service experience (ideally in a call center)
- Strong technical abilities with computers and mobile devices
- Fluent in English (read, write, and comprehend)
- Microsoft-based applications (Windows 11, O365, Teams)
- Experience with call management software like Finesse
