Tecmilino is seeking a Field Services IT Coordination expert to supervise, coordinate, and execute support activities in the field, ensuring the continuity of operations of campus infrastructure. The role involves incident escalation, hardware management, software administration, and collaboration between the campus and central IT areas. It requires a proactive approach to both preventative and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in IT
  • Experience in field support areas, field technician coordination, ticket assignment, and tracking
  • Knowledge of platform administration such as ServiceNow, GLPI, or OTRS
  • Skills in leadership, autonomy, teamwork, and service-focused approach
