Join Thomson Reuters as a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior and bring your experience to a world-class company. You will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate/transmit knowledge both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive and effective attitude in problem-solving
  • Willingness to work autonomously
  • At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server
  • Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog
  • Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of foreign trade
  • Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX
  • Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology
  • Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems
