Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate/transmit knowledge both verbally and in writing
- Proactive and effective attitude in problem-solving
- Willingness to work autonomously
- At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server
- Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog
- Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of foreign trade
- Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX
- Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology
- Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems
