We are looking for a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior to join our team. As a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service, understanding and communicating technical knowledge, and performing various technical tasks such as query development and report design. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server, and good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog.
