Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior

We are looking for a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior to join our team. As a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service, understanding and communicating knowledge, and performing queries in Open SQL. You will also develop scripts in SQL Server, design BPM processes, and provide corrective instructions to customers. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server.
• Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog.
• Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of foreign trade.
• Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX.
• Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology.
• Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems.
