Requirements

• Implement and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and others.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize workflows, forms, and reports within ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct training and workshops for end-users and internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
• Monitor and resolve incidents and problems related to ServiceNow, ensuring continuity of services.
• Participate in integration projects with other tools and systems, ensuring interoperability and data exchange.
• Maintain updated technical documentation on configurations, processes, and procedures related to ServiceNow.
