ServiceNow SecOps Technology Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in ServiceNow with a strong focus on SecOps to design and deliver secure, scalable, and high performance implementations for enterprise customers. The TC will play a key role in translating functional requirements into technical designs, building robust solutions, and integrating ServiceNow with customer security ecosystems.

Requirements

• Design and implement SecOps modules including Security Incident Response SIR, Vulnerability Response VR for infrastructure and applications, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance
• Secure Posture Control Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs
• Build and optimize integrations with SIEM, SOAR, DLP, and vulnerability scanning tools ensuring data integrity and performance
• Apply technical architecture best practices for scalability, maintainability, and platform governance
• Perform out of the box product configuration aligned to best practices
• Conduct solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization before delivery
• Collaborate with BPCs, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure functional and technical requirements are met
