We are looking for a professional with experience in automated testing on the ServiceNow platform, especially in the FSO module, to work on client onboarding, document digitization, and user experience improvement projects with international and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Create, configure, and maintain automated tests using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) of ServiceNow
- Plan and execute functional, regression, and integrated tests in the FSO module
- Ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow solutions before each release or update
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams to validate requirements and identify test scenarios
- Analyze defects and incidents, document results, and follow up on corrections until resolution
- Prepare and conduct demonstrations and presentations of tests for clients in English
- Support the QA team in defining automation strategies, creating test plans, and improving quality processes
- Participate actively in meetings with clients and international stakeholders, ensuring technical and communicational alignment
