The AMS Support Consultant will troubleshoot, implement, and support SAP processes related to purchasing, warehouse management, and ITS Mobile.
Requirements
- Experience providing AMS (Application Management Services) support in SAP environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (90–100%), with strong service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, including workflow setup, execution, and support.
- Experience supporting Warehouse Management (WM) processes, including warehouse and bin creation.
- Familiarity with ITS Mobile for SAP mobile transactions and device integration.
- Ability to provide functional support, including incident resolution and minor enhancements.
- Skilled in conducting meetings with users, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Proficiency in documenting support activities, functional changes, and user guides.
