We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive improvements in our Contact Centre, making it the best it can be by spotting inefficiencies, optimising processes, and evolving systems.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of how contact centres operate, from technology to day-to-day operations
  • Good knowledge base of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Analytical mindset to turn data and feedback into action
  • Confident communicator and facilitator to bring people together and get things done
  • Knowledge and experience in platforms such as Webex, Injixo, eGain and ServiceNow
