The Sr. Analyst Continual Improvement Management (CIM) performs on a team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CIM, implementing service, process, and functional improvements.
Requirements
- Acts as a CIM SME responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the CIM Processes & Policies as determined by the overall ITSM Roadmap.
- Works with Key technology stakeholders and Service/Process Owners to ensure the completion of improvement opportunities are tracked, reported on and managed to closure.
- Manage and work with the Governance, Risk & Compliance department on the development and operationalization of Associated SPM Policies and Controls.
- Manage and drive the development, enhancement, and configuration of the CIM Product ensuring compliance and adoption of the CIM Product.
