Coordinator - Technical Operations - IT - Fisherman Island - Oceania - APAC

DP World is seeking a Coordinator - Technical Operations for Fisherman Island, Oceania, APAC. The role involves providing technical support, managing IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing end-user solutions. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract located on the island, supporting a team of employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in an EUC support role
• Exposure to Logistics / Supply Chain environments (advantageous)
• Desktop and Infrastructure support experience with troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and Application deployment
• Experience in operations with 24x7 support
• Experience with Business-related IT systems from an Engineering perspective
• End user computing and administration skills
• Knowledge of ITSM toolsets and ServiceNow
• Understanding of orchestration and automation
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Good interpersonal skills
• End user computing and administration (Windows, smartphones, iPads)
