Copy of Partner Business Development – AI (Americas)

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Business Development – AI (Americas) individual contributor to identify, recruit, and develop AI-savvy partners in the Americas. This role focuses on strategically aligning ServiceNow’s AI platform with partner’s businesses, driving pipeline creation, and securing joint development opportunities. It involves providing training, enabling partners, and representing ServiceNow to partners and in-market. This role's primary goal is to expand ServiceNow's AI adoption within the American market.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in partner business development, ISV/channel sales, or enterprise software sales in the Americas.
• Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and platform adoption.
• Demonstrated success in building joint pipeline with partners and supporting deals.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
