Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow related inquiries.
- Create process documentation for the ServiceNow system platform and training materials.
- Work closely with HR leaders to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and identify service opportunities.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred. Analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in Excel and relevant software
