Corporate Data Strategy & Platform Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Data Strategy & Platform Manager with expertise in Data Architecture and platforms. The successful candidate will define the data strategy for internal data platform, analyze business processes, and provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing data platform environment, Azure Data Architectures, MS SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions, through analysis and comprehensive documentation of requirements.
• Leadership and coordination of agile teams for the development of new data architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
• Strong track record in data governance and quality management.
• Knowledge in SQL, Python.
• Knowledge in Microsoft data architecture and Power BI, Github.
• Knowledge in ERP processes and dataset is a plus (Sicpa’s ERP is SAP S4).
• Experience in Infrastructure as a Code deployment. DevOps management CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating work with tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.
