The Corporate Planning & Management (CPM) Division is seeking an Associate to join the Spend Management pillar. The role will involve managing third-party operating expense payments and reporting for Japan and other Asia entities, as well as driving process transformation initiatives to enhance operating efficiencies & controls within the processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with + 4 years’ experience in relevant profiles with accounts payable experience or any other equivalent payment operations
- Business to native level in both written and spoken Japanese
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Ariba, Fieldglass, S4/HANA), including implementation & transformation experience on SAP, and ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
