At Toku, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between Activeo and its high-value ServiceNow prospects and clients, managing complex enterprise accounts and driving long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of previous services sales experience gained within a SaaS software or solution sales organization
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules within the ServiceNow platform
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
