Senior Systems Engineer - EUC (Cluster Infra Services) for a 2-year direct contract role. Responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing new systems, and maintaining existing ones.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting Healthcare
- Good experience in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- Familiar with MDM - Intune and MobileIron
- Knowledge on ServiceNow, AI and ML
- Knowledge in ID Administration
- Strong experience in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
- ITIL Certified
- Strong in People Management including Stakeholders
- At least some experience in doing budgeting planning
- Experience in managing EUC projects e.g. medium-large endpoints deployment
- Good in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project and service deliveries (involve managing the execution and completion of projects and the provision of services)
- Strong in Vendor management
