As a Business System Analyst, you will oversee the transformation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Coupa platform, aligning with procurement and finance business needs.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SIM, Core, and CRA processes (80% functional, 20% technical)
- Oversee catalog management, project/non-project procurement, approval workflows, supplier collaboration (CSP, cXML, SAN), and accruals
- Administer integrations between Coupa and systems like Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot and debug system issues, providing clear business-level insights on root causes and solutions
- Drive process simplifications and adopt best practices to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across US, EMEA, and other regions in a fast-paced, Agile environment
