We are looking for a CRM Application Specialist to develop and maintain our CRM platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of the platform and experience in configuration, customization, and development.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding and proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience of software development, distribution, testing, and release.
- Good understanding of IT organization's functions, tools, and processes, as well as IT infrastructure.
- Analytical and solution-oriented.
- Experience of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Azure, DevSecOps, Confluence, and Jira.
- Agile work methods in projects and teams.
- Experience of working in a service and application support team.
- Basic understanding and awareness of information security and how it is applied in operational environments.
- C# and/or similar languages.
