CSD Priority Analyst

GovCIO is seeking a CSD Priority Analyst for their US Coast Guard program in St. Louis, MO. This hybrid remote position involves monitoring the Priority Queue in ServiceNow, troubleshooting complex IT issues, maintaining telecommunications networks, testing software, and escalating issues to higher support levels. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities and ServiceNow proficiency.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT support tools.
