CT Site Supervisor (m/f/d)

CT Site Supervisor (m/f/d) is responsible for supporting the Quality Manager and Site Manager on technical non-conformities, ensuring compliance with 'Management of Change' procedures, and collaborating with the team on pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in Site Management or Site Supervising, preferably in renewable energy projects, and proficiency in basic MS Office tools. The role offers a permanent contract, accommodation and transportation, all necessary trainings, equipment and tools, and annual performance evaluations and training programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Site Management or Site Supervising, preferably in renewable energy projects
• Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures such as LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, and hazardous materials
• Experienced in construction, installation, finishing, and mechanical testing procedures
• Skilled in using mechanical measuring tools and hydraulic torquing/tensioning tools (e.g., HyTorc, ITH)
• Fluent in English
• Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to work across multiple project sites
